What happens if we aren’t a good fit to work together?
No worries! It is going to happen and probably frequently. Your consultation is free and I will give you recommendations on what would be better options for you!
I want to start but scared this might not be for me!
This is why we do a consultation! We want you to be 100% all in. Of course it is going to be scary and doubts will linger. But we got you! That is what we are here for!
What if i am not injured but want to start working out and need help?
Awesome! I got you:) I am happy to help start you on your journey. Clean up any form issues, strength imbalances, mobility issues to help you prevent injury versus starting on your own. You also will learn a lot on the way that will help you for years to come.
What happens if i am not getting the results i want
It depends! Have you given it enough time? Your issues didn’t start in a week, a month or maybe even a year. This is not a quick fix, you will need to dedicate time and consistency for us to get you feeling better. Have you been doing what I have asked of you? Have we not given you the appropriate expectations?
Should I do one-on-one or intensive?
I can help you decide this during a free consult. 1:1 coaching is great for people who want the accountability, want someone there to answer questions and are ready to commit to making changes. Intensives are great for those that are focusing on one problem, can’t commit to 1:1 coaching or like to be independent.
Why is there a time committment for one-on-one coaching?
It takes TIME to get you results. Depending on your goals usually a minimum of 3 months. I don’t want you giving up on yourself and quitting before you get a chance to get the results that you are looking for.
